Another important factor, other than exercise is limiting the intake of fatty food items. Food items like red meat, carbohydrates, carbonated drinks, chocolates etc will augment your body size. It is therefore very important to avoid those food items completely from your diet. Try to include more of fruits and vegetables. They are rich sources of vitamin and fiber.

You can also drink plenty of water to suppress your appetite. This will reduce your desire to eat food. Drink as much as water you can to get rid of the toxins from your body. Water is a good appetite suppressant. Drink water before your meal to limit the intake of food. All the above tips will help in getting slim body structure.
